The first grade awards were handed out yesterday. Owen received an award for participating in the Science Fair (which they did as a class), and then he received an award for Around the World Champion--which is a math and facts game. His class voted him an excellent reader, and that if he could read and write all day at school, he would. I find this funny, because some evenings, it is hard to get him to read to us. Guess he is tired from reading all day.
